Jeremiah 32:17 (NIV) Ah, Sovereign Lord, you have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and outstretched arm. Nothing is too hard for you.
When we look into the scriptures, we find a God who is unlimited in power (omnipotent), all knowing (omniscient) and everywhere present (omnipresent). He alone has these qualities. The Holy Spirit wraps around the world and monitors every heartbeat, sees every tear, knows every heart cry. Christ leads the church to minister to the poor, the outcasts, and lost and forgotten. It is important for us to remember that “with God all things are possible” (Matthew 19:26) or else we will lose heart and become discouraged and focused on our limitations. Ephesians 3:20 tells us that God is able “through His mighty power at work within us to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think.” Keep thinking, “Why not?” rather than focusing on all the “What if’s?” Follow the Holy Spirit’s lead into those “impossible” places. Let’s see how God can work through us to accomplish His mighty purposes. Let’s go!
