DAILY DEVOTIONS – MONDAY JUNE 7, 2021

Exodus 1:7 (NLT)  But their descendants, the Israelites, had many children and grandchildren.  In fact, they multiplied so greatly that they became extremely powerful and filled the land.

In the middle of Israel’s bondage, God revealed Himself and His power as He multiplied and prospered Israel.  While the new king was intimidated by the fruitfulness of the Israelites and strategized ways to minimize and oppress them, God was at work multiplying them.  Isn’t that just like God!  Consider how He has been at work in our hearts over this past year.  While so many people were overwhelmed with Covid, followers of Jesus pressed into prayer and intercession.  We rediscovered times of silence and solitude with the Lord.  We overcame obstacles that kept us from meeting together.  We zoomed into one another’s homes to study God’s Word together!  We called one another and checked on one another and prayed with one another.  We did not allow the plague to plague our hearts.  Now we’ve awakened to the realization that the whole world was taking a breath for a reason.  We are entering a new era: the Lord is getting the Church ready to reap an end-time harvest.  Do you hear the Spirit’s call into the classroom to reignite us with a fresh vision of our primary calling (to win the world to Jesus)?  Are you ready?  Is your lamp full of oil?  Don’t miss what the Lord is doing right now at WEAG.  We are mobilizing for a mighty move of God.  Don’t miss it!
