The same Providence which trains us in the School of Disappointment and tests the reality of our profession of faith also leads us into the School of Prosperity to experience the abundance of the goodness of God. There He tests our humility and teaches us gratitude in reference to: the material (Deut. 8:6-14; II Chron 32:22-31), the spiritual (II Cor. 12:1-10; I Cor. 4:7); and the occupational (Dan. 4:24-33; John 6:14-15).
