Jesus took the form of a human body and lived among us so that He could reveal the Father and ultimately go to Calvary to take the penalty for mankind’s sin. Colossians 1:17 tell us that “in Him all things hold together.” In spite of evil’s influence on this world, “He sustains all things by His powerful word.” He has power to hold you together no matter what heartache threatens to overwhelm your soul. Focus on Jesus today and “the things of earth will grow strangely dim in the light of His glory and grace.”
