II Kings 5:3 (NLT) – One day the girl said to her mistress, “I wish my master would go to see the prophet in Samaria. He would heal him of his leprosy.”
Naaman was a mighty warrior, commander of the army of the king of Aram but stricken with leprosy. The warriors, political giants, philosophers, kings, and healers of his day could not help. But God used the unassuming words of a little girl to guide him to healing. God often provides us with wisdom from unexpected sources. We must humble ourselves and set aside preconceived ideas so that we can find solutions.
