On-Site Gatherings COVID-19 Guide

On-Site Gatherings COVID-19 Guide

We are excited to host our Sunday Services in-person at the WEAG Campus!

INDOOR WORSHIP SERVICES DURING COVID-19

  • Sundays, you’re invited to a special 9am Watch Party in the Worship Center. You will be able to watch recorded worship on the big screens and hear the preaching live. We will have all of our COVID precautions in place.
  • Each Sunday, we will also have an indoor 11am live Worship Service in the Worship Center! Enjoy an entirely live experience in the space!

As we move inside, our services have been redesigned to create a sanitary, touchless environment that allows for physical distancing. Attendance to adult services in the Worship Center does not require a reservation, but RSVP is necessary for Sunday morning kids programming, preschool, and nursery as space in those rooms is limited.

*Video Addendum* on-site, in-person kids programming has resumed! Check out how they are keeping families safe here.

HOW YOU CAN HELP

  • We ask that you wear a mask or face covering while on-site. We will have one available for you if needed.
  • Wash your hands and use hand sanitizer often.
  • Maintain a distance of six feet between yourself and other guests.
  • If you have an underlying medical condition, believe you are in a high-risk category, or you are over the age of 55, please consider worshipping with us online.

WATCH FOR SYMPTOMS

In the last 14 days, if you have been experiencing symptoms of a cough, runny nose, shortness of breath, fever, or if you have had in-person contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19, please do not attend an in-person service, and plan to worship with us online instead.

For tips on how to stop the spread of germs, check out the CDC’s guidelines!

We look forward to worshipping in-person with you again as you feel comfortable to do so!
