ESL (English as a Second Language)

Stepping into WEAG’s ESL classes on a Thursday night, you might meet people from Guatemala, Syria, Russia, Ethiopia, Vietnam, or over 30 other countries. Caritas Furniture Bank

WEAGers assist warehouse workers as they organize donations for the CARITAS Furniture Bank. We sort and restock the store and also repair and restore furniture the first Wednesday of each month. As families move out of the CARITAS program into affordable housing, they are allowed to select a minimum amount of furnishings and household goods for their new apartment. CARITAS Hosting 2019

This year we will be hosting the CARITAS women for one week in June. We need folks to wash clothes and towels and provide a variety of different food items to cover breakfast and lunch.
