Tony is responsible for Worship and the Arts leading creatives and developing leaders to use their giftings to glorify God and lead others into an experience with God. John oversees the Engagement process with guests which includes branding, communications, online ministry, building environments and Next Steps. The heart of his work is to help people feel welcomed, get involved and stay connected. David Adams
David oversees the youth ministry including weekly services, bible study, small groups, mission’s trips, outreach, leadership development, camps, and retreats. WEAG Youth is supported by adult volunteers that David leads and develops on a regular basis.
Moises Diaz
Moises has overseen WEAG’s Latino Ministry through weIglesia de Bendición since August 2015. He has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Mechanical Engineering, a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from the Faculty of Theology in Cuba and in the United States, a Bachelor of Arts in Bible from the Faculty of Theology in Cuba and a Master of Divinity degree at United States Faculty of Theology. Amy Young
Amy serves in executive administrative partnership with the Executive Team. She is responsible for maintaining the master church calendar and database. She provides administrative support for the Groups Ministry, Pastor, Elder, Deacon Board and several other ministries in the church. Amy is also the special projects manager.
Mike Dalton
Mike leads our production team for Sunday services where he maintains our cameras, screens, and projectors. He also oversees the volunteer teams in these areas. Mike manages our Staff Resource Center where we do most of our printing and signage. Mike is also our IT Director.
Susan Chewning
Susan serves in executive administrative partnership with the Executive Team. She provides administrative support to Family Ministries, WEAG Women, WEAG Men, and several other departments in the church. She also oversees our staff Human Resources. Kathryn Straw
Kathryn guides the Engagement and Experience process by managing the Sunday morning volunteers, first-time visitors, Next Steps, facilitating outreach events, and managing the social media accounts.
Nikki Kelly
Nikki supports the Worship Pastor and all worship events, services, and initiatives. She communicates with service participants, helps create the order of worship and produces sermon graphics. Nikki is responsible for the weekly email, announcement slides and live announcements.
Gina Dalton
Gina teaches Pre-K for the Preschool at West End and serves as the school’s director. Gina is also an assistant for Congregational Care.
James Smith
James leads our facilities team and is responsible for all aspects of building security, maintenance, and repair. James is also the director of our sports ministry.
Amy Mahan
Amy leads the Community 50+ leadership team, which creates opportunities for connection, spiritual growth and transformation, and care for one another.
Mac Dunn
Mac helps facilitate the youth experience for MDWK Youth Group, special events and retreats throughout the year. He is also responsible for assisting with engagement and experience on Sunday mornings, working with volunteers, new people and those looking to take next steps.
