Staff

Amy serves in executive administrative partnership with the Executive Team. She is responsible for maintaining the master church calendar and database. She provides administrative support for the Groups Ministry, Pastor, Elder, Deacon Board and several other ministries in the church. Amy is also the special projects manager.

Susan serves in executive administrative partnership with the Executive Team. She has overall responsibility for Fellowship One (our church management software). She provides administrative support to Family Ministries, WEAG Women, WEAG Men, and several other departments in the church. Susan has been a part of the WEAG family since 1990 and a Family Life staff member since 2000. Families and children are extremely important to the life of WEAG. Amos assists the Family Ministries Pastor and Youth Pastor by discipling kids and youth through connection and relationship. This is developed through leading bible studies, facilitating small groups, one-on-one mentorship, and planning activities and events for fellowship. Miles was born and raised in Dover, Delaware. After high school, he lived in Prince George’s County, Maryland for six years before moving to Richmond, Virginia in 2014. Jeff oversees the Business Office which includes the monthly financials, cash management, bill payment, budgets, payroll, insurance management, and year-end audit/review. He also serves as our Human Resources Director.

Mac helps facilitate the high school experience for MDWK Youth Group, special events and retreats throughout the year. He is also responsible for assisting with engagement and experience on Sunday mornings, working with volunteers, new people and those looking to take next steps. He also is a part of the facilities team.

Mary Ann teaches ages two and three for the Preschool at West End.

Annemarie teaches Pre-K for the Preschool at West End.

Leah is the Missions Assistant. She helps with social media, incoming contributions, supporting ministries, volunteers, and administration for mission projects.
