Peter said, “Lord, you know everything. You know that I love you.”
Love holds us steady when we don’t understand. Believing in God’s sovereignty brings us peace. When the paradigm changes and former things, familiar things, reliable people and processes are gone, love holds us steady while life reorients around us. It is not easy. We must be flexible. He DOES know everything. He knows when we tremble and cry, long for the “good old days” and fear the future. Remember: Christ Jesus knows the path, the plan, the process, and the purpose. Just keep following Him.
