Philippians 4:19 (NLT) – And this same God who takes care of me will supply all your needs from His glorious riches, which have been given to us in Christ Jesus.
THE TRUTH is that God is enough. But when it comes down to it, often we don’t really believe that God is sufficient to deal with our problems. We need Him plus shopping, food, friends, vacations, our job, our family. When the pandemic hits and we are displaced from everything familiar, can’t hug the grandkids, and old rhythms and routines are disturbed, can we rest on the fact that God is enough for us—every single day? Do we look for other things and people to fill the empty places of our hearts? Turn to Him for comfort. Let your “breath prayer” become: “Lord, I put my trust in You.”
