John 11:25 (NLT) Jesus told (Martha), “I am the resurrection and the life. Anyone who believes in me will live, even after dying.” Everyone who lives in me and believes in me will never ever die. Do you believe this, Martha?
Jesus pressed for a statement of faith. “Yes, Lord. I have always believed you are the Messiah, the Son of God, the one who has come into the world from God.” This is the anchor truth, the breakthrough revelation that opens heaven’s doorway. Jesus explicitly said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me” (John 14:6). When we stand at the graveside of a loved one and face the reality of death, Jesus’ followers know that life does not end at the grave. Jesus leads His followers into a new paradigm of life beyond anything we have ever known in this created world. We have that life right now as we “live in (Him)” (Acts 17:28) and allow it to impact our everyday lives. He is our life. Worship Him.
