John 13:34-35 (NLT)
So now I am giving you a new commandment: Love each other. Just as I have loved you, you should love each other. Your love for one another will prove to the world that you are my disciples.
Jesus introduced a whole new spiritual paradigm. The Old Covenant (Old Testament) was embedded in rules and regulations that enabled a relationship with God. The New Covenant (New Testament) would be implanted in hearts of flesh. Obedience to God would flow automatically from the hearts of people who love Jesus and whose highest priority is to serve Him and express His love to the whole world. The baseline of salvation by grace would change everything. What should the world see from the Church? Love. What should the world feel from the Church? Love. Jesus is our example. The Holy Spirit is our power source. Surrender to the Holy Spirit every day.
