Shane has served at WEAG for over thirteen years. With a background in business and family ministry, Shane understands the needs of families today. He and his wife Sue have 3 sons – Bruce, Brent, and Brady.

Dave leads our Executive Team of Pastors. Dave oversees the day-to-day operations of the church. He also teaches, counsels, and provides support for multiple ministries and leads all church special projects. Dave is a native Richmonder who hails from Texas. Dr. Dave serves as the Family Life Pastor and provides direct ministry leadership in Marriage & Parenting, Congregational Care, and Counseling. Tony is responsible for Worship and the Arts leading creatives and developing leaders to use their giftings to glorify God and lead others into an experience with God. These areas include worship teams, Encor Academies, and seasonal productions. Tony joined the WEAG staff in 2010. Lisa provides oversight leadership to youth ministry and leads kid’s ministry. The kid’s ministry consists of weekly services, bible study, small groups, outreach, leadership development, summer camp, VBS, retreats, choir productions, and more! Moises has overseen WEAG’s Latino Ministry through weIglesia de Bendición since August 2015. He has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Mechanical Engineering, a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from the Faculty of Theology in Cuba and in the United States, a Bachelor of Arts in Bible from the Faculty of Theology in Cuba and a Master of Divinity degree at United States Faculty of Theology. Praveen overseas local and global missions and equips church members to pray, go and give. He also distributes the resources and finances and offers counsel, prayer, and encouragement to our supported missionaries and mission’s organizations.
