You are the CEO of your own spiritual growth path. Nobody else will be concerned about your inner growth—people measure performance. Take responsibility to develop your infrastructure (the inner person) as you partner with the Holy Spirit. YOU make the choices: how you spend your time, what you invest into, what you entertain in your mind. If you do not build the infrastructure of your soul, collapse will come. Pay attention to your character, your health, your relationships, but most of all the Word of God and impulses of the Holy Spirit.
