How does God feel about you? He is crazy in love with you! His divine love is absolutely unconditional, unlimited and unimaginably extravagant and it has nothing to do with your behavior (although bad behavior does reap bad consequences). “For God’s love to be truly transformational, it must become the basis of our identity”—an identity grounded in God’s love. Think how that would reshape your self-concept and free you to take off the mask and love others without worrying, measuring, hiding, spinning, or feeling “less than.” Ask the Holy Spirit to “shed the love of God abroad” in your heart (Rom. 5:5) today.
