Romans 8:34 (NLT) – Who then will condemn us? No one—for Christ Jesus died for us and was raised to life for us, and He is sitting in the place of honor at God’s right hand, pleading (interceding NIV) for us.
We are not alone in our battles in life. Jesus prays for us! And He leads other believers in supernatural ways to pray for us. Just as Jesus prayed for Peter (Luke 22:32) and interceded for His followers (John 17), He is at work today overshadowing us and summoning even the angels to walk at our sides (Hebrews 1:14). When you feel overwhelmed with life’s challenges, remember that Jesus never takes His eyes off of you. He alone has the last word in your life. “At present we do not see everything subject in Him. But we see Jesus” (Hebrews 2:8-9). “Fix your thoughts on Jesus” (Heb 3:1) and live faithful to the One who called you. He will supply you with whatever you need to endure life’s disappointments. Keep looking up. Jesus is interceding for you.
