DAILY DEVOTIONS – THURSDAY JANUARY 14, 2021

Romans 12:6a (The Passion Translation)  God’s marvelous grace imparts to each one of us varying gifts and ministries that are uniquely ours.

Paul calls us to live a life of service;  and he lists seven areas of consideration.  Where do you fit?  Each represents a basic vocational orientation.  “And each has the capacity to be reflected in many different occupations,  careers,  roles,  volunteer ministries,  responsibilities and ministries in the church,  and in the home.  What matters to you is reflected in the life you live and in the way you engage life,  spend your money and your time.  If you don’t have time to do something,  it could be a sign that it does not really matter to you!  “Do we complain about the economy and our limitations or blame the problems of our past;  or do we take responsibility for our actions (to be the cause rather than the effect)”  What courage is required of you right now?  God has given you a gift.  Engage it!
