We are co-workers and partners with God. Our actions matter greatly; our choices and decisions make a difference. Paul urged Timothy to be proactive and to take responsibility for his life and actions, and Paul urged him to see the significance of those actions. So we have to be intentional every day to make choices that honor the Lord. That means being a good steward of the gifts and talents and opportunities that He has given to us. You are called to be a steward of the life you have (not some distant ideal). And real life includes complications. But we learn to work with the Lord with the hand we have been dealt. How are you stewarding the life that you have in your hands right now?
