“Courage is not enough, we need to be adequately ‘armed.’” We must be biblically literate. We must be socially engaged. We must be filled with the Spirit. We must be alert to cultural shifts. We must be intuitive to peoples’ hearts. If the Kingdom of God is to expand, we are His soldiers and we must be armed appropriately. Are you involved in an active study of God’s Word? Do you read through the Bible every year? Be intentional in arming yourself so that you can be “able-bodied” in many areas of strength.
